The helmet protects the rescuer's head from injuries on or in the rubble after an earthquake.

Mission jacket

Price: 270,- €

The weather in various disaster situations is often cold, hot or rainy. The emergency jacket protects the rescuers from the weather conditions in the areas of operation. The jacket's reflectors also increase safety in road traffic, which is much less safe in disaster areas than in Germany.

Dog

Price for a 2-year training programme: € 3,000

Every rescue dog that can find people buried under rubble and every man-trailing dog that can sniff out missing persons on the basis of an individual scent, is purchased privately by its respective handler. The rescue dog handler also pays for the dog's board and lodging from his own money. The training of the rescue dog team is organised by I.S.A.R. Germany and takes around 2 years.
