A team from I.S.A.R. Germany is currently deployed with sniffer dogs and detection specialists in the disaster area in Rhineland-Palatinate. The request came from the state's Ministry of the Interior. The initial target is the town of Walporzheim, a district of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. The team is to assist in the search for victims of the flood disaster. I.S.A.R. Germany is currently travelling with five rescue dogs and ten emergency personnel.
