I.S.A.R. in dialogue with Ukrainian authorities

Our team leader in Poland, Dr Steven Bayer, met with the District Administrator of the Lviv region in Ukraine, Khrystyna Zamula, and the District Administrator of the Polish Powiat Lubaczowski, Zenon Swatek. The talks focussed on the need for aid in the regions. ISAR Germany and the partner organisation BRH Bundesverband Rettungshunde e.V. have pledged their support. Thanks to direct contact, aid can now be even more closely aligned with needs. In the meantime, ISAR Germany - International Search and Rescue and BRH have brought over 60 tonnes of relief supplies to Ukraine.
