Targobank has donated a total of 600,000 euros to the aid organisation I.S.A.R. Germany for the years 2024 and 2025. "In view of the increasing frequency of natural disasters, we at Targobank have decided to offer support in the important area of disaster relief," said CEO Isabelle Chevelard.I.S.A.R. Germany shareholder Ralf Heuberg thanked Targobank. He described the donation as a "great gesture" for the voluntary commitment of the members of I.S.A.R. Germany and for the worldwide help for people in emergency situations.I.S.A.R. Germany's donation from Targobank is part of the corporate dividend introduced in 2003 by the parent company Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale. Chevelard explained that the Group is thus sending a new and unique signal against the climate crisis and in favour of social solidarity. Every year, 15 per cent of the consolidated net profit is allocated to finance projects for ecological and solidarity-based change. "The financial support helps us to act quickly and flexibly after natural disasters," said I.S.A.R. partner Heuberg. For example, transport capacities could be booked immediately to get the team and the 15 tonnes of equipment to the disaster region quickly. In addition, further investment could be made in equipment and training.
