There was no room left in the Gocher Kastell on either evening. And we were right in the middle of it. During the double bill of „A Musical Journey“, ISAR Germany introduced itself to the audience and drew attention to our work in crisis regions around the world. Our Managing Director Ralf Heuberg and Simon Gutzeit, who is responsible for fundraising at ISAR, were on hand to talk to the artists and inform them about our international projects. Donations were also collected on the fringes of the event.
Well-known faces from the German musical scene took to the stage on both evenings: Christina Maria Brenner, currently on tour with „Abenteuerland Das Musical“, Carl van Wegberg, who recently toured China with „Elisabeth“, as well as Jessica Kessler and Andreas Bongard. The audience experienced pieces from „Les Misérables“, „Dance of the Vampires“, „Hamilton“ and many other well-known productions.
