Following a thorough review by the new management team, the original aim of establishing a separate foundation was reassessed. This involved a comprehensive examination of both the existing structures and the future requirements and development opportunities of ISAR Germany.
Following this review, we have decided not to proceed with our plan to set up our own foundation. The existing structure as a non-profit limited company provides us with a suitable and flexible framework for continuing our work in a sustainable, reliable and effective manner.
This does not alter our status as a non-profit organisation, our mission or our objectives in any way. ISAR Germany remains as committed as ever to the charitable purposes set out in its articles of association and to the dedication of its members and supporters.
The decision therefore primarily concerns our organisational structure and our name – not what ISAR Germany stands for and what we are all committed to.
As part of this reorganisation, the word „foundation“ has been removed from our name. Our official name will therefore be:
ISAR Germany gGmbH
We are confident that this structure has laid a solid foundation for the further development of ISAR Germany and will enable us to continue to fulfil our charitable mission in a sustainable manner in the future.
